Who We Are
Skill Bridge NB is a transformative workforce development program that bridges the gap between highly educated individuals and the essential industries that require new talent. Many of our participants hold bachelor's or postgraduate diplomas but are looking to gain hands-on skills and Canadian workplace experience.
Through our innovative micro-course model, we partner with multiple employers to provide flexible training opportunities that combine online learning with structured 20 workplace experience hours. Candidates can choose between paid hours if they have relevant skills to contribute, or unpaid hours to focus on learning and skill development.
This program is more than training; it is a catalyst for economic growth, labour force participation, and community development. We foster a collaborative ecosystem where businesses, educators, and candidates support each other to build a stronger, more resilient labour market for New Brunswick.
