Construction Training Courses
Our pre-apprenticeship Construction Program trains learners across six focused courses, covering every foundational area of residential construction. Graduates arrive job-site-ready with practical exposure and strong work habits.
- Construction Fundamentals: Jobsite safety, PPE, materials, level and plumb
- House Framing: Platform framing sequence, layout accuracy, rough openings, load transfer
- Roofing & Exterior Work: Safe work at height, exterior materials, weather protection systems
- Drywall, Concrete & Finishing Basics: Drywall installation, concrete support tasks, finishing principles
- Flooring & Tiling Basics: Surface preparation, layout, precision cutting and installation
- Demolition, Site Preparation & Tool Maintenance: Safe removal, debris handling, tool care
What We Ask From You:
Provide mentored workplace experience, introduce learners to safe and practical construction tasks, and share your industry knowledge. Bundle graduates also complete a 2-week internship — an ideal opportunity to evaluate candidates in a real work setting before making hiring decisions.
