Our innovative micro-course model makes skills training accessible, flexible, and directly connected to employment opportunities through partnerships with multiple employers offering both paid and unpaid workplace experience hours based on candidate skill level and learning goals.

Each course combines online training with 20 supervised workplace experience hours through our employer partnerships.

Two Learning Models

Paid Model: Earn wages if you have skills to contribute. Unpaid Model: Focus on learning and skill development without performance pressure.

Work-Integrated Learning

Every course includes mentored, hands-on experience with multiple local employers in real workplace settings.

Construction Trades

Available Courses:

  • Construction Foundations - Learn basics of working with wood and tools
  • House Framing - Structural framing, wall assembly, and basic construction techniques
  • Drywall & Finishing Basics - Cutting, fastening, and finishing techniques
  • Roofing & Exterior Work - Materials, shingles, siding, and ladder safety
  • Concrete & Masonry Basics - Mixing mortar, pouring concrete, lifting materials
